Asian Finance Research Journal’s an academic, open access, online journal that publishes original, peer reviewed research papers. The Asian Finance Research welcomes the contributions from all over the world in the field of Accounting & Finance, and Economic. The Asian Finance Research Journal (AFRJ) publishes on quarterly basis in a year. The language of publication is English.

Theme

Business and Management Perspectives in the Asian Context: Challenges and Prospects

The 2016 International Conference, jointly organized by the University of Lahore and Society for Asian Management Research (SAMR) will be held on the 20 – 22 October in Lahore, Pakistan. The conference aims to bring together leading scholars, students and practitioners from Asia and the rest of the world for an academic exchange. Our goal is to create opportunities for international research collaborations, scientific information interchange and to facilitate relationship building in the Management and Business disciplines.

Topics include all fields of Management and Business such as: Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Performance Management, HRD, Public Sector Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, Marketing Management, Service Marketing, Internal Marketing, Advertizing, Consumer Behavior, Brand Management, Business Ethics, Entrepreneurship, Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Behavioral Finance and other related subjects being taught at business schools.

Paper Evaluation: All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference theme, contributions, and readability.

Instructions to Authors

  1. All Authors of invited and contributed papers are requested to benchmark Emerald Guidelines for writing the structured abstract that should be set out under 4-7 sub-headings.
    • Purpose (mandatory)
    • Design/methodology/approach (mandatory)
    • Findings (mandatory)
    • Research limitations/implications (if applicable)
    • Practical implications (if applicable)
    • Social implications (if applicable)
    • Originality/value (mandatory)

    Maximum is 350 words in total (including keywords). Authors should avoid the use of personal pronouns within the structured abstract and body of the paper (e.g. “this paper investigates…” is correct, “I investigate…” is incorrect).
